研究方向

从事钙钛矿材料性能及器件物理和应用研究,主要包括:

1. 钙钛矿单晶生长及其结构与光物理特性研究;

2. 钙钛矿光伏器件和光电探测器;

3. 新型非铅钙钛矿半导体材料开发。
